Erin Rongers
Executive Director
Erin joined Big Brothers Big Sisters as Executive Director in August 2008. Previous to that, she was the Public Affairs Coordinator at the Donald W. Reynolds Boys & Girls Club of Fayetteville. She was there for over four years and throughout her time there worked in the following capacities: program administration, corporate partnerships, individual giving, grant writing, public relations, and marketing.
Erin has also held past positions at the American Cancer Society and University Recreational Sports. While earning her Master’s degree, she also taught college courses in health, wellness and recreation. Erin earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from the University of Texas at Austin (2001) and her Master of Education in Recreation from the University of Arkansas (2004).
Erin and her husband Zach reside in Fayetteville and have a daughter, Stella.

Jane Heth
Operations Director
As Operations Director, Jane provides day-to-day oversight and management of finances and human resources. She also maintains a strong link to the program through grant writing and grant administration. She works closely with the Executive Director, the Program Director, and the Events & Marketing Manager.
Before joining Big Brothers Big Sisters in 1998, Jane was the Deputy City Clerk for the City of Fayetteville. Originally from the Midwest, Jane has happily called Northwest Arkansas home for many years.

Cyndi Maddox
Program Director
Cyndi joined the agency as a Community-based Match Support Manager in February, 2005. Since that time, she has been a Community-based Team Leader and currently ensures match growth and quality through leadership of service delivery functions as the Program Director. Cyndi is a Licensed Social Worker and received her B.S.W. from the University of Arkansas. She enjoyed working with children and families in the mental health field prior to her employment with Big Brothers Big Sisters NWA.

Brittney Gulley
Development Director
Brittney joined our staff in March of 2011. She comes to us with over 12 years of event planning experience. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Arkansas and is proud to have been born and raised in NWA. She resides in Fayetteville with her husband, Anthony and son, Dixon.
